2.1. All orders placed through our website constitute an offer to purchase goods.

2.2. Orders are only accepted when we dispatch the goods and send you a confirmation email.

2.3. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order prior to dispatch for any reason.

3. Products

3.1. We make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate.

3.2. Due to manufacturing tolerances, slight variations in dimensions, finish, or colour may occur.

3.3. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are suitable for your intended purpose.

4. Prices & Payment

4.1. All prices are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT at the applicable rate.

4.2. Delivery charges are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4.3. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

4.4. We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods listed on the website.

5. Delivery

5.1. We deliver to UK mainland addresses. For deliveries outside this area, please contact us before placing an order.

5.2. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on stock availability and location.

5.3. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership transfers only once full payment has been received.

5.4. You will be notified by email when your goods have been dispatched and provided with tracking details, where available.

6.2. You may return goods within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — for any reason.

6.3. Returned goods must be:

  • 6.3.1. Unused and in resaleable condition;

  • 6.3.2. In their original packaging;

  • 6.3.3. Accompanied by proof of purchase.

6.4. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the goods are faulty or sent in error.

6.6. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

7. Faulty or Damaged Goods

7.1. If goods arrive damaged or become faulty within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.

7.2. To report faulty goods, please email hello@fenburysteel.com with your order number and photographic evidence of the issue.

7.3. We will cover all reasonable return postage costs for faulty or damaged goods.

8. Cancellations

8.1. You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch by contacting us at hello@fenburysteel.com.

8.2. If your order has already been dispatched, you may still return the goods under the 30-day money-back guarantee.

9. Liability

9.1. Our total liability for any claim arising out of any order shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied.

9.2. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including but not limited to:

  • 9.2.1. Loss of business;

  • 9.2.2. Loss of revenue;

  • 9.2.3. Loss of profit.

9.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

11.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
